What I like is that you hike roughly the same trail and everybody, even with a week or so, when you see someone they have totally different adventures on that same trail.

THRU HIKING WISDOMS

WISDOMS

• If you're going away for a very long time, then it's very essential
that your mindset will be in the right shape.
Besides your body, your mind has to be there.

• Your body needs to adjust. It doesn't matter if it’s the PCT or a hike here in Europe. It doesn't matter, your body needs to adjust. So we always start with a lower mileage then most people but then later on when our bodies more comfortable we just gradually increase the mileage.

• What I like is that you hike roughly the same trail and everybody,
even with a week or so, when you see someone they have totally
different adventures on that same trail.

• You start out and it becomes sort of like a community of people that are taking care of each other and helping each other try to get to the end.

• I think if you have a choice, then I would say grab the choice and do it. Just do the trail because it gives you so much things that you can enjoy years after years of these adventures and this experience. It's really amazing!

• If you are a bit older and think “I can't do it anymore” or “maybe too old for it”, I think you can still do it. No problem at all. Just start training.

• If you have a moment in your life, just what you say, grab the moment
and do it because we see so many people around that wish they had
done something like that.
