• This isn’t just about completing a trail. This is holistic living. It’s almost like a lifestyle for me, to be so mindful of every single part of me… if that’s even possible.
• This is about healing, whether it’s making a life choice or healing within your soul.
• Let’s just hang out and just know each other for the rawness of each other.
• I really wanted to be alone and afraid.
• I feel like I had a completely different outlook on everything. And it really helps me to do these things.
• It’s healing. It’s self-care. It’s what living means to me right now.
• I feel like every trail has taught me something different.
